Compact Comfort and Great Location

The location was superb, very near the train station. Several convenience stores and restaurants were also nearby. The staff spoke English well and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. I found the toilet in the lobby to be especially clean.
The room was a bit small for two people with luggage.

The hotel included laundry facilities with four washing machines and four dryers. There was also a microwave and ice machine in the basement near the onsen. This area provided added convenience .

Multiple dining options were available close to the hotel. Two halal restaurants across the street served Indonesian and Turkish food. I noticed more restaurants within a ten-minute walk, too.

The location was convenient. It was also very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me find a great gyoza restaurant nearby.
The room was a bit small. It made it tricky to manage luggage effectively.

The staff was excellent! they were helpful and polite. i found the luggage storage service very useful on early arrival and departure. This allowed me to enjoy my day without worrying about my bags. the spa was nice. I especially liked how clean the rooms were.
i found the elevators took a long time, and there were a lot of people staying at the hotel. it was like i was living in a tent because the rooms are small. it was hard to open my luggage in the room.

the hotel provides a clean onsen with large baths. bidet and heated toilet seats. there are also plush bathrobes and slippers provided for comfort, so i enjoyed a relaxing experience.

a restaurant next door offers breakfast. i saw several other food choices available around the hotel area. the sushitei gunji restaurant is nearby and features sushi.

The location is superb. I found it easy to find. the hotel is conveniently located a few minutes' walk from the marunouchi line station. it is not far from shinjuku, so access was very simple.
