efficient stay close to the action!
helpful staff luggage storage clean room
The staff was excellent! they were helpful and polite. i found the luggage storage service very useful on early arrival and departure. This allowed me to enjoy my day without worrying about my bags. the spa was nice. I especially liked how clean the rooms were.
i found the elevators took a long time, and there were a lot of people staying at the hotel. it seemed like i was living in a tent because the rooms are small. it was hard to open my luggage in the room.

the hotel provides a clean onsen with large baths. bidet and heated toilet seats. there are also plush bathrobes and slippers provided for comfort, so i enjoyed a relaxing experience.

a restaurant next door offers breakfast. i saw several other food choices available around the hotel area. the sushitei gunji restaurant is nearby and features sushi.

The location is superb. I found it easy to find. the hotel is conveniently located a few minutes' walk from the marunouchi line station. it is not far from shinjuku, so access was very simple.
